The NZ TWO mummy sleeping bag is 2 lbs or less (1.5 - 2.0 lbs, based on size) and meets the needs of high-altitude mountaineering expeditions, as well as for camping & hiking. With a comfort limit temperature rating of 18?F or -8?C and a comfort temperature rating of 28?F or -2?C, this super lightweight sleeping bag is ideal for most mild to cold weather camping trips. Our ultralight mummy sleeping bag has a hood that minimizes heat loss & keeps your head comfortable, while the shoulder and zipper baffles keep your core warm by preventing the cold air from coming into the bag. The shoulder collar pull string and the hood pull string add to its effective design that traps body heat & keeps you toasty when it gets below 0?C. Along the shoulder collar, we?e added a zipper baffle tube filled with down to prevent heat loss. Baffles are sewn with box construction. This method provides a higher efficiency in keeping the bag warmer, than by using other sewing methods. Additionally, we have added a pocket to store items such as a cell phone, flashlight, or heat warmers. The entire bag compresses down to nearly the size of a 32-ounce water bottle-allowing for minimal pack storage space.
